Charity Activities in 2024

In 2024, our company implemented several meaningful CSR activities, spreading kindness and community spirit.

1. Donation for People Affected by Typhoon Yagi

We made a financial donation through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support people affected by Typhoon Yagi, joining hands to help communities recover after the disaster.

2. Sponsorship for Ehon Reading Event 2024

We sponsored the Ehon Reading Event organized by Bac Cau Organization in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan, encouraging children’s love for books and cultural learning.

3. Free Meal Program for Patients

We organized a free meal program at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, delivering warm meals and encouragement to patients in treatment.

Charity Activities in 2023

Continuing our CSR journey, we visited a remote mountainous kindergarten in Da Bac District, Hoa Binh Province, where access is difficult and most of the children belong to ethnic minority groups. Despite the challenging roads and living conditions, the children’s eagerness to learn and their determination to go to school every day deeply moved us.
During the visit, we donated practical gifts (books, milks, stationeries etc.) and organized reading and interactive activities with the children. The program not only brought joy and meaningful experiences but also encouraged the children to keep nurturing their dreams through education.

Charity Activities in 2022

We organized a charity program at Thanh Xuan Peace Village, which operates under the Hanoi Rehabilitation Hospital and is dedicated to caring for, nurturing, and providing rehabilitation for children affected by Agent Orange/dioxin and those with intellectual disabilities.
During the visit, our company donated books, milk, and rehabilitation equipment to support the children’s learning and daily activities. The program was held to share love, bring joy, and encourage the children on their journey toward recovery and a brighter future.

Charity Activities in 2021

In order to cooperate with the countermeasure of COVID-19, DAIBIRU Group and our company donated to the “National Covid-19 Vaccine Fund” established by the Vietnamese government (DAIBIRU Group donated via the Vietnam Fatherland Front).
We also donated to “Vietnam SOS Children’s Village” to support children who cannot live with their real family and children who are living in difficult circumstances.

Charity Activities in 2020

Responding to the call to support in prevention of COVID-19 epidemic of the Hanoi Fatherland Front, we have donated 150 PCR test sets and 50,000 medical masks.

In addition, we donated to Operation Smile Organization to support the cost of health check, surgeries, and surgical care for childrens who are born with cleft palate.

We visited and gave gifts to orphans and abandoned children at Social Protection Center III – Mieu Nha, Hanoi.

Charity Activities in 2017

As a Daibiru group, in 2017, we held a charity program with CB Richard Ellis Vietnam at the National Institute of Haematology – Blood Transfusion (NIHBT) in Vietnam in order to help further friendship between Vietnam and Japan.

Since 2013, every year, we have coordinated with the fire prevention and fighting police of Hoan Kiem district to implement fire drill program. This program is aimed at improving fire safety awareness for tenants in the building, helping to limit the damage caused by the fire.

Since 2016, every year, we organize a training course on flood and storm prevention in order to improve the knowledge of our employees, contributing to minimizing damages caused by natural disasters and floods.

Since 2019, every 3 months, our employees have participated in courses on how to use AED machines and and emergency life-saving techniques.

With the goal of becoming a green and environmentally friendly building, we have implemented various energy-saving solutions such as converting all lighting systems to energy-efficient LED, installing automatic lighting in staircases, equipping water-saving sensor faucets, and installing rooftop solar panels.

In 2022, the building was honored with the “Green Building – 5 Stars” award by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade.

Since 2022, CornerStone Building has maintained the I-REC certification, ensuring that 100% of its electricity consumption comes from renewable energy sources.

In 2025, CornerStone Building proudly achieved the LEED O&M Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, reaffirming our commitment to sustainable development and environmentally responsible operations.

Our company established Compliance Regulation in which sets out code of conduct, promotion, and countermeasures to violations related to compliance in accordance with the “Daibiru Group Code of Conduct” of DAIBIRU CORPORATION, to ensure each of the officers and employees respects compliance, and our company become a company trusted by society. In addition, we hold regular training sessions on compliance every year.
