CornerStone Building has achieved LEED Platinum Certification for Operations & Maintenance (*).
In this building, we have actively promoted to reduce environmental impact, including the introduction of solar power panels —the first initiative of its kind for a A-grade office building in Hanoi—and Transition to 100% Emissions-Free Electricity Use
These initiatives have been highly recognized, resulting in the achievement of LEED Platinum certification for Operations & Maintenance, the highest rating in the program that evaluates the environmental performance and management practices of existing buildings.
